The Museum is open to visitors from early April until mid-December. Regular hours of operation are:
Saturdays and Sundays
1-4 pm
and Second Fridays
6-8 pm
The Museum can also be opened for private tours by appointment.
Admission is free, but your generous donations help keep our doors open.
The Museum is now closed for the winter! We will open again in the spring--check back for the exact date. We are available through the winter for special tours or information; go to our Contacts page to see all the ways you can get in touch with us.
You can show your support for Colonial Beach as you drive! The Colonial Beach Historical Society is sponsoring a Colonial Beach license plate. This is an authentic Virginia license plate from DMV, which will have a Colonial Beach design on it. We need 350 prepaid applicants to start the process. If you would like a Colonial Beach plate for your vehicle, please contact us.
